Administrative Development Management at Faisaliyah

 

 It is an executive management in the administrative development department at Faisaliyah Campus branch, which coordinates to provide and implement services, training courses and workshops as well as to offer developmental suggestions to improve the training procedures and mechanisms.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Executive management that implements work regulations and the rules in the administrative development administration at Faisaliyah Campus.
  • Prepare an action plan with a schedule and following-up the progress of work to carry out the action plan within its set of scheduled time.
  • Planning, organizing, guiding and monitoring work progress in the administration and preparing a special mechanism to organize work progress.
  • Designing announcements and the forms of the administration department and working on what is needed for publishing.
  • Providing initial suggestions for training programs for the faculty at Faisaliyah campus.
  • Contacting the training bodies within the university and making agreements with the qualified trainers to hold the training course.
  • Counting the regular trainees and recording their daily attendance in the approved electronic forms.
  • Providing assistance with the preparation and formulation the general training plan of the new academic year.
  • Preparing and printing out the announcements of the faculty members at Faisaliyah campus.
  • Preparing annual reports and events of the administration development.
  • Receiving nomination applications, and classifying and tallying them according to the conditions and regulations
  • Contacting the nominees and providing them with the information regarding the directions to the training place and trying to overcome the obstacles that might be faced.
  • Receiving the financial claims for the training bodies for verification and reviewing.
  • Preparing and printing out the financial demands/claims letters for the concerned department at university to cash them with a follow up to the process by the training bodies.
  • Preparing attendance and appreciation certificates for each session and submitting them with keeping signatures of the receipt of the certificate.
  • Preparing an overall report for each course session and counting the advantages and disadvantages and including the recommendations
  • Receiving incoming and outgoing applications/requests related to the administration department and doing the necessary follow-up to the get the job done.
  • Supporting some of the other units administratively as it would raise the work performance of the administration department.
  • Reviewing the training results and providing suggestions for developing training and workshops mechanisms and procedures.
  • Building a database for the faculty members that had training courses of all types, external, internal, administration institute.
  • Receiving participants' reports of the external courses for analysis and keeping them in the archive.
