the long-term strategies of the KAU.

thinking and ensuring co-ordination between disciplines, and ensuring the
best quality of HR services.

Having overall
responsibility for the facilitation of the programs of teaching and the
implementation of the academic policy of the Women’s Colleges.

Ensuring the
effective delivery of high quality teaching and the maintenance of academic
standards.

Promoting a culture
of learning that is directed to student needs, and of teaching that is
informed by the research interests of the teaching staff at the colleges.

Dealing with staff
recruitment matters that fall within the remit of the Vice-Deanery.
